Social media campaign highlights impacts of cyberattacks

Digital Peace Now has launched a social media campaign featuring victims of cyberattacks. The Twitter campaign #StillVulnerable addresses the impacts of cyberattacks on activists, businesses and other parties. Roots of Peace CEO Heidi Kuhn is one of the officials included. Her nonprofit, which provided humanitarian work in Afghanistan, was deceived into transferring over $1 million to a Chinese bank account.
