Consumers want biometric verification

New research published by the Chief Marketing Officer Council has discovered 44% of consumers favour biometrics for authentication over other methods. Among the 2,000 consumers surveyed, 34% prefer biometrics if the system is secure, while 10% prefer passwords or other methods of authentication, but 81% said they prefer to work with companies that verify their identity “simply, quickly, and safely.”
