CIPL releases white paper on data transfers under GDPR

The Centre for Information Policy Leadership has released a white paper on the future of cross-border data transfers under the GDPR following the CJEU's "Schrems II" ruling. The paper highlights responses from CIPL member organisations on the GDPR mechanisms organisations are using or plan to use following "Schrems II" and the main risk factors respondents have kept their eye on when transferring data to non-adequate countries.
