2022 Cisco consumer privacy survey

Cisco has published its 2022 Consumer Privacy Survey, which identifies data transparency ranks highest in building customer trust, with 81% of respondents saying that the way organisations treat their personal data reflects their attitudes towards customers. Furthermore, 76% claimed they would not buy from a company they do not trust. The report, now in its fourth year, sought the views of 2,600 respondents in 12 countries.
