Giovanni Pitruzzella, Advocate General to the Court of Justice of the European Union, has issued an opinion on a case related to a data subject's right to dereferencing from internet searches. In addition, Mr Pitruzzella said public figures would be held to a higher standard of proof when seeking to dereference.
