Google updates CMA with first Privacy Sandbox report

Google has submitted its first quarterly report on its Privacy Sandbox to the Competition and Markets Authority in accordance with the commitments accepted by the CMA in February this year.  The 20-page report outlines how Google has taken into account observations by third parties, supplies updates on its future timing schedule and provides a summary of the interactions between Google and the CMA. The report includes the addition of Topics, which supersedes FLoC as a replacement for third-party cookies.
