Whistleblower calls on Natwest to pay ICO controller fee

A whistleblower is demanding that Natwest bank pays the £40 Information Commissioner's Office data controller fee for the 1,600 customer files that are stored under her bed. The former Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) employee revealed the bank's poor data protection practices, which were related to a work from home scheme between 2006 to 2009.
