DPAs investigate Vinted for GDPR non-compliance

Data protection authorities in France, Lithuania and Poland are conducting a joint investigation into Vinted over the clothing website's compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The DPAs have established a working group facilitated by the EDPB to coordinate action to resolve "a significant number of complaints." The investigation is focused on Vinted's practices around unblocking funds received from sales on a user's account and corresponding retention periods.
