EDPB addresses links between GDPR and EUCS risk assessments

On Monday, 22 July 2024, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) published a letter in collaboration with the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) addressing several issues related to the links between the cybersecurity risk assessment in the European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services (EUCS) and personal data protection risk assessments under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
