In its March plenary session, the European Data Protection Board has announced draft guidelines for supervisory authority cooperation and the one-stop-shop enforcement mechanism under Article 60 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The EDPB said that the guidance will help SAs "interpret and apply their own national procedures in such a way that it conforms to and fits in the cooperation under the one-stop-shop mechanism."
The EDPB also took up draft guidance on "dark patterns" in social media platforms that included practical recommendations to platform designers and users on how to assess or avoid the deceptive practices.
