EDPB meets with DPAs from countries with adequacy agreements

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) met with the Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) of the fifteen countries recognised under an EU adequacy decision during the board's October plenary session. Among the attendees were representatives from the UK, Switzerland, Canada, the US and Japan. The agenda for the meeting included discussions about multilateral efforts in advisory work, guidelines, and enforcement cooperation to enhance international data protection collaboration.
