The EDPB highlighted several points, including the need for consistency and cooperation with other regulatory bodies to uphold data protection rights across various frameworks, that it has started to work on guidelines on the overlap between the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the AI Act, and inviting AI Office representatives to its December plenary meeting.
