The European Data Protection Board has posted feedback on its recommendations for supplementary measures data transfers post-Schrems II following its public consultation which closed on the 21st December. The EDPB received 178 submissions while the public comment period was open. Feedback on the recommendations was received from individuals, government agencies, businesses and non-government organisations from EU member states, the UK and US. The IAPP wrote about the EDPB's recommendations back in November.
