EDPB publishes guidelines covering right of access

The European Data Protection Board has published guidelines covering data subjects' right of access under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The guidelines discuss the scope of individuals' rights to access their data, considerations for assessment of data subjects' requests for access, and the limits and restrictions to user rights. The EDPB has opened a public consultation on the guidance until the 11th of March.
