EDPB recommendations on measures to supplement data transfer tools

Following the Schrems II ruling, the EDPB has adopted recommendations during its 41st plenary session on measures to supplement transfer mechanisms that ensure compliance with the protection of personal data under EU law, along with recommendations on the European Essential Guarantees for surveillance measures.
