The European Data Protection Board has released the second version of its guidelines on "relevant and reasoned objection under" the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The EDPB also has published the second version of its guidelines on "processing personal data in the context of connected vehicles and mobility-related applications." The guidelines offer general recommendations on data minimisation, data subject rights, transmitting data to third parties and countries outside the European Union, and the use of in-vehicle Wi-Fi technologies.
