EDPB updates guidance on supervisory authority identification

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has published updates to its guidance for data controllers identifying their lead supervisory authority (SA). The updates are specifically related to joint controllership, with the EDPB explaining dual controllers "cannot designate ... a common main establishment" concerning their lead SA. The updates are open for public comment through 2 December.
