Southend High School for Girls installs CCTV cameras in toilets

Southend High School for Girls has reportedly installed CCTV cameras in its sixth-form toilets, according to reports in the Essex Echo newspaper. The Grammar school installed the cameras after the toilets were vandalised and claims that it is the student's own fault. Speaking to the Echo, a student said, “All the students feel really uncomfortable with this as it feels like a major invasion of privacy."
