The Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union has released a new ePrivacy Regulation proposal draft. The latest draft includes modifications on articles that cover the protection of end-users’ terminal equipment information and permitted processing of electronic communications data. Recital 12 is also modified in regards to machine-to-machine and internet-of-things services. The draft will be discussed during Working Party on Telecommunications and Information Society meetings 12th and 19th March.
