EU Parliament adopts position on Cyber Solidarity Act

European Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy adopted a draft report on the Cyber Solidarity Act. The draft law aims to strengthen cyber resilience capabilities to respond to large-scale cyber incidences by establishing certified trusted providers to conduct prevention and incident response activities. With the adoption of its mandate, Parliament hopes to commence negotiations among EU institutions next year.
