Members of German Parliament support CJEU challenge to invalidate DPF

French lawmaker Philippe Latombe’s lawsuit challenging the new EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has found support in Germany, where the DPF is also facing widespread criticism. Colleagues in the German Bundestag also view the DPF critically, as personal data from Europe does not enjoy the same level of protection in the US as in the EU.
