Pornhub files CJEU appeal over DSA natural names disclosure rules

The parent company of Adult content platform Pornhub, Aylo, has filed an appeal with the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) to prevent the disclosure of users' real names in its advertising repository. Aylo argues that the mandatory requirement under the Digital Services Act (DSA) could jeopardise the safety of sex workers and performers who advertise on the platform. The DSA obliges Pornhub to publicly release a database containing information about all its advertisers and their targeted ads.
