Schrems discusses EU-US Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework

Having successfully challenged two EU-US data transfer agreements in the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), honorary chairman of Austrian privacy group NOYB Max Schrems told EURACTIV's Tech Brief podcast that "it seems so far that we're pretty much in for a third round." Schrems spoke with journalist Lucca Bertuzzi about US President Joe Biden's executive order to reestablish the  EU-US Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework, enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and more.
