Digital Services Act risk assessment & audit reports due this week

In a press release on Tuesday, the European Commission reminded very large online platforms (VLOPs) and very large search engines (VLOSEs) that they are required to publish their first annual risk assessment and audit reports under the Digital Services Act (DSA) this week. The reports should document how these providers evaluate and analyse various risks along with the strategies and measures to mitigate these risks.
