EU AI Office publishes third draft of GPAI Code of Practice

The European Commission has announced that the AI Office has published the third draft of the General-Purpose AI (GPAI) Code of Practice under the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). The latest version includes 16 additional safety and security commitments related to AI models with systemic risks. The final Code is expected to be published in May.
