EU Commission designates 3 additional VLOPs under DSA

On Wednesday, 20 December, the European Commission published an additional list of technology companies designated as very large online platforms (VLOPs) under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

The three additional VLOPs include:

  • Pornhub
  • Stripchat
  • XVideos

The three companies have been added to the 19 companies designated as VLOPs and VLOSEs designated in April 2023.

The Commission has also published the non-confidential versions of its designation decisions for the relevant companies.
