Two European Parliament Committees endorse European Health Data Space

The European Parliament's Environment and Civil Liberties Committees have adopted their positions concerning the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The EHDS is intended to provide Europeans with the right to access their personal medical records, including prescriptions, imagery, and lab tests across member states, while also allowing aggregated health data to be shared for research purposes. Parliament will vote on the draft position in December.
