Gartner reveals surge in skills training in AI & digital required in 3 years

A recent Gartner survey has revealed that 85% of business leaders recognise the need for increased skills development. Results from a survey of 330 business leaders in June 2024 survey highlighted that 93% believe it is their responsibility to provide their workforce with sufficient time and resources for continuous learning. Chantal Steen, Senior Director at Gartner, stressed that traditional learning methods are insufficient in this era of accelerated disruption, prompting a call for more agile and cost-effective learning and development (L&D) practices.
