Google can be sued for tracking users in incognito mode

US Judge Lucy Koh denied a motion by Google to dismiss a privacy lawsuit regarding the tracking of users while in incognito mode. In her decision, Koh said neither Google's privacy policy nor any other customer disclosures allude to tracking on the private browser, and Google's claims regarding consent agreements with websites for incognito data collection were inaccurate.
