Data subject rights and AI privacy feature in GPA newsletter

The Global Privacy Assembly released the October edition of its newsletter. Among the submissions were observations from United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Privacy Joseph Cannataci on the current safeguards and remedies for data subject rights. Also, UK ICO Executive Director of Technology and Innovation Simon McDougall discussed good privacy compliance practices related to artificial intelligence technologies.
