Google to require privacy notices for apps on Play Store

Google has announced it will require applications on its Play Store to provide mandatory privacy notices from April 2022. The privacy notices will be required as part of a new safety section on the Play Store, intended to include details about apps’ privacy, security, data collection, use and more. Google previously required privacy notices for family-friendly Play Store apps only.
