Gibraltar discusses post-Brexit data transfers

Her Majesty's Government of Gibraltar has issued an advisory on how to proceed with data transfers following the end of the EU-UK transition period. The advisory notes the free flow of personal data between the UK and Gibraltar will continue under an adequacy agreement. Any incoming data from the EU to Gibraltar after 31st December will only be lawful with approved transfer mechanisms, outlined in the advisory.
