IAB Europe has withdrawn its request for the execution of the Belgian Data Protection Authority's decision on the Transparency and Consent Framework to be suspended. The move came after the Belgian DPA indicated that a review of IAB's action plan to correct alleged EU General Data Protection Regulation infringements connected with TCF wouldn't take place before 1 September 2022. The regulator's February ruling included a two-month period for IAB Europe to present an action plan bringing the current version of the TCF into compliance. The IAPP reported on the Belgian DPA's decision in February. IAB Europe appealed the decision, which remains active.
