The privacy community is a year removed from the CJEU's decision to strike down the EU-US Privacy Shield, sending the space into a frenzy. Whether privacy professionals have a clear path forward on international data transfers since the ruling is a debate that rages on. The IAPP Research Director Caitlin Fennessy hosted a LinkedIn Live session with Hogan Lovells' Eduardo Ustaran, CIPP/E, and NOYB's Max Schrems to review where things stand for in the aftermath of the decision.
