The number of proposed EU data initiatives and draft legislation continues to grow. In order to better understand the different institutions involved in EU digital rulemaking, the IAPP has published an infographic to its Resource Center. It provides an overview of the institutions, the nature of their role, along with the specific areas of responsibilities and their current leadership. The IAPP resource is a companion to the EU data regulations and initiatives infographic and multipart series offering an overview of the EU's strategy for data.
