Columbia University Law Professor Anu Bradford gave a keynote presentation at the IAPP Global Privacy Summit 2024 on the differences between the digital regulatory models in China, the EU and the US. 

The presentation provides insights into Bradford's new book "Digital Empires: The Global Battle to Regulate Technology," which explores the differences between the American market-driven model, the Chinese state-driven model, and the European rights-driven model and their implications for liberal democracies.
