EU organisations are a step closer to understanding how to best execute and maintain a secure international data transfer following the release of the European Data Protection Board's final recommendations on supplementary measures for transfers. While privacy professionals have begun trying to digest the recommendations on their own, EDPB Legal Officer Ignacio Gómez Navarro, the board's rapporteur on the recommendations, joined the IAPP Research for a LinkedIn Live session to address all the questions and concerns regarding proper implementation.
