European Commissioner for Democracy, Justice, the Rule of Law and Consumer Protection, Michael McGrath, discusses the evolving digital relationship between the EU and the US under the Trump administration and its implications for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Speaking at a recent Center for Strategic and International Studies webinar, McGrath said the EU is committed to maintaining the DPF despite the uncertainties surrounding potential US policy changes.
