Examining the latest UK proposal on data protection reform

Following the recent introduction of the Data (Use and Access) Bill (DUA Bill) into Parliament, Bird & Bird Partner and co-head of the International Data Protection Practice Ruth Boardman, along with Associates Emma Drake and Associate Laura Goold, have updated a previous IAPP resource about UK data protection reform.

The update reflects on the changes in the new DUA Bill compared to its predecessor, the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (DPDI Bill).
