Even though 2022 is barely underway, it may feel like it's a little early to begin planning for 2023. However, at least three US state privacy laws, new laws in Brazil and China, and potential updates in India and the EU are headed our way, with more likely to follow. Here the IAPP set out steps to help organisations prepare and head into 2022 with a meaningful strategy for 2023 and whatever else the privacy world has in store.
