Since becoming Information Commissioner on 4 January, John Edwards has been busy. He recently attended and spoke at several IAPP conferences, including the IAPP Global Privacy Summit in Washington, D.C. While in the US, Mr Edwards recorded a podcast with the IAPP where he discussed his priorities, how he envisages working with other DPAs, his thoughts about transborder data flows and the potential changes to the UK's data protection regime.
