NOYB cleared to bring collective action ability in Belgium

NOYB, the nonprofit group created by Max Schrems, has announced it is permitted to file collective action suits in Belgium under the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This allows NOYB to file suits on behalf of Belgian consumers over violations of the GDPR. Read the NOYB press release.
