IBM urges EU & US to prioritise trans-Atlantic data transfer rules

In a blog post, IBM European Government and Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager Amelie Coulet writes the EU and US must put the core objectives of the bilateral Trade and Technology Council into implementation. Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the climate crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an urgency to move beyond TTC negotiations and focus on deliverables such as securing sustainable trans-Atlantic data transfers.
