DialADeal Scotland Ltd fined £150,000

The ICO has fined DialADeal Scotland Ltd £150,000 for making over 500,000 marketing calls offering bogus environmental energy savings but were actually for boiler or windows replacement and loft insulation. Many of the recipients were registered with the TPS, and the ICO received over 500 complaints.
