The ICO has fined Welsh company Home2Sense Ltd £200,000 for making 675,478 nuisance marketing calls between June 2021 and March 2021. The ICO noted the company took no responsibility and attempted to blame staff for its compliance failings. Of the 60+ complaints received, many described calls as aggressive leaving them feeling distressed.
