The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has fined Pinnacle Life £80,000 for making 47,998 unsolicited marketing calls to subscribers who were registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) a violation of Regulation 21 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
