ICO fines The Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust £78,400

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has fined The Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust £78,400, reduced from £784,800 following the ICO's new approach to public sector enforcement. The monetary penalty was issued following an email sent to 1,781 Gender Identity Clinic service users in Outlook without using the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) feature.
