ICO issues reprimand to Scottish Government over COVID app data use

Following an investigation, the ICO has issued a reprimand to the Scottish Government and NHS National Service Scotland in relation to the NHS Scotland Covid Status App's failure to comply with Article 58(2)(b) UK General Data Protection Regulation. The app fails to inform people about how their personal information is being used.
