The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has opened a public consultation about how the regulator uses data to inform and direct its corporate, regulatory and strategic priorities.
As a corporate asset, the ICO uses data for a variety of reasons, including delivering its ICO25 3-year strategy. The ICO is seeking to identify how the data it holds should be made available in the public interest and in order to help organisations innovate and mitigate risk.
The consultation will close on 12 March 2024
