ICO to launch online resources for businesses

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is making changes to its support system for businesses commencing 11 October 2024. The ICO explained that the changes are intended to enable businesses to access advice and expertise 24/7 through online resources instead of its traditional phone support line. However, ICO advisers will still be available for additional support through live chat and calls. Phone support is also still available for customers who are unable to use its online resources.
